Conceptual budgets can be produced with as little as a single page of scope and concept description in 48 hours or less.
The division staff consists of registered engineers, estimators, and CAD operators. This ensures an increase in both accuracy and the speed with which estimates can be performed, a definite asset in pre-construction planning. Finally, our state-of-the-art software is now integrated with our project management, procurement, and financial software, assuring a smooth transition to the construction phase of the project. The system is Internet e-mail enabled, shortening the communications loop between all members of the construction team.

The efforts of the pre-construction team, led by the Project Executive, will be directed towards the principle of kaizen (continuous improvement). As more is learned about the construction process and flow, new design and constructability ideas will be offered, tested, and applied.
